Up for sale is this adorable "Joyous News" Hummel candleholder figurine #40. The Joyous News Hummel features a young angel playing a horn. Very cute!!! Tt is identified as #40 and has the TMK 2 trademark which dates this Hummel between 1950-1959. This Hummel stands about 2-1/2" tall X 3" wide and would make a great addition to any Hummel collection! Hummel Angel With Horn Candle Holder

This poor Hummel has had a hard life and is looking for a new home. This Hummel came to us from an estate sale and has been repair (rather skillfully) on it's neck as you can see in the pictures. Although the trademark information has been rubbed off we believe it to be a TMK 2 because it came from a set of Hummel Candle Holders and those were all TMK 2.
